MES for electronics manufacturing
From 2015 to today
Shenzhen Baichuan Zhike Technology was founded in Qianhai, Shenzhen in June 2015 to develop and implement MES for electronics manufacturing, together with its own SMT smart racks. Customers are concentrated in SMT and PCBA manufacturing, spanning handsets, tablets, automotive electronics, FPC, Wi-Fi modules, medical devices and energy storage.

One system, from order to shipment
Baichuan MES covers orders, planning, warehouse, process, quality, equipment and traceability. It is split by process stage, so a whole stage can go live at once, or error-proof loading and traceability can run first and warehouse, planning and equipment capture be added once stable. Part numbers, batches and SNs share one coding scheme across modules, with no duplicate maintenance between systems.
Beyond software there is hardware: SMT smart racks in three form factors — reels inserted upright, one reel per bin, bound to a bin on inbound, lit at kitting and guided by FIFO with partial reels first. Racks and MES share the same bins, part numbers and feeder placement tables.
Delivery covers requirement study, solution design, system configuration, on-site implementation and go-live support. Production does not stop during implementation, and each stage ends with something that can be accepted before the next begins.

Four rules that do not change with the project
These are the defaults during implementation, stated openly so customers can measure us against the same standard.
Phase the rollout, keep the line running
Each phase ends with something that can be accepted; move on once it is stable. The order is close the gaps first, then raise efficiency: error-proofing and traceability before planning and efficiency.
Capture data once
Part numbers, batches and SNs share one coding scheme across MES, WMS, QMS and racks — no second entry and no parallel ledgers.
No numbers without evidence
External material states only what can be looked up and what can be blocked; no percentages without measured data. Results are counted by the customer, and we support with exports.
Team
How the team is organised
The team combines electronics manufacturing management, engineering and software development backgrounds. Implementation and maintenance are handled by the same people — no handover in between.
Electronics manufacturing management
Coming from production, engineering and quality roles in SMT plants, this group turns shop-floor practice into rules and checkpoints in the system.
Software and hardware development
Responsible for the MES platform, equipment interfaces and rack firmware. The same team maintains it after delivery — nothing is subcontracted.
Implementation and training
On-site modelling, trial running, cutover and handover; after go-live we visit on the agreed cycle to handle new issues on site.
