One line builds software around the plant's existing process; the other delivers standard MES modules per process stage. The two paths carry different budgets and go-live cycles, so the line comes first and the path is decided after.

Custom development suits plants whose processes are already settled and will not change much in the short term. Standard modules suit plants that want to start running first and fill in the rest later.

Custom software development

The plant's process stays as it is and the system follows it. Order, planning, warehouse, production, equipment, tooling, purchasing and cost are split into modules, each quoted and accepted on its own rather than bundled into one project that has to go live in full.

MES solutions

Standard modules delivered across three stages: SMT, DIP and test, assembly and packaging. Most plants start with loading error-proofing and process traceability to block wrong and mixed material, then add efficiency reporting, the quality loop and equipment connectivity.

Delivered by process stage

Roll MES out stage by stage, not across the whole plant at once

The three stages can be implemented separately, starting with the one that hurts most. Each stage carries its own acceptance criteria.

Solder paste, stencils, loading error-proofing, feeder placement tables, reflow profiles and first-article checks. Wrong-material interception and changeover efficiency are the main line of this stage.

Station pass-through, test-parameter capture, defect lockout and the rework loop. The point is keeping test data inside the system.
