Racks, monitoring and station devices on one dataset
Hardware is the execution layer of MES: racks guide picking, temperature and humidity monitoring covers the paste room and the shop floor, weighing devices prevent missing or extra parts. All devices share one dataset and write back to MES, so replacing hardware does not mean replacing the system.

Environmental monitoring1 models
Temperature and humidity in the paste room and shop floor are recorded live, with out-of-range alarms and optional control of air-conditioning and humidifiers.
Lines and data capture2 models
Captures line data and writes it back to MES while sending system commands to equipment: the data box captures output and stops the line, the scale verifies weight. Devices store no business data — it all lives in MES.
Turnkey line1 models
A full SMT line configured around product and capacity, delivered with equipment, MES and commissioning together. Suited to new lines or full line replacements.
